I provide all of my own products and equipment.

Piece Work Pricing

I bid out each job you send me with a reasonable price that leaves you with plenty of margin to make a profit for both of us.

I'll make sure we work together to negotiate a price that's fair for both of us. Just give me some details about the project and I can provide a price same day.

Fully Insured

I am fully insured so you can book your jobs with peace of mind knowing that you're covered. If I hire any sub-contractors to help me with job, I also make sure they are properly insured as well.

About Me

My name is Isaac, and I've been cleaning since 2008. I have experience in cleaning UCCS dorms, wedding venues, churches, office and retail spaces, and have worked with property management companies, landlords and home builders. I've also done fire and water restoration clean ups in the past.

I've lived in Colorado my whole life and am planning on living here for the rest of my life for as long as the good Lord allows me. I look forward to serving you!
